With sound fundamentals, learning advanced and specialized courses become easier for students with the introduction of a holistic Multidisciplinary curriculum catering to the needs to make students locally relevant and globally competent. The management, faculty, and staff strive to inculcate the experience of self-realization of the harmony of human life and nature through applications of science, engineering, and technology. The Department has a team of committed faculty members with proven skills in their respective fields and state-of-the-art infrastructure for learning. The laboratories are well-equipped to carry out various analyses and conduct advanced practicals in the field of Physics, Chemistry, Programming, Basic Electrical Engineering and Engineering Mechanics.
The students are trained to incorporate mathematical models in Engineering situations and find plausible solutions for the same with a special focus on developing effective professional communication skills and life skills for versatile personalities. The department also provides a platform to cultivate research activities by participating and presenting research papers in workshops and conferences.
The in-house internship is provided to first-year engineering students to get hands-on experience to create the foundation to make students ready for industry and start-ups. The department leaves no stone unturned to make students global citizens by providing extra-curricular and co-curricular activities including a platform to enrol for National Cadet Corps paving the way for entry into the Indian Armed Forces. We have student-first philosophy and provide learning with a human touch. In a nutshell, the Department of Engineering Sciences and Humanities is a wonderful expedition to self-realize the engineer in YOU; aboard us to enjoy the Journey.
